Log in to the resident portal at shineplusestate.co.zw/login, go to My Visitors, and fill in your guest's name, ID, vehicle, and expected arrival time. Security will be notified automatically.
How do I pay my monthly levy?
Log in to the resident portal, navigate to My Account, and view your current balance and outstanding invoices. Contact the estate office directly to process your payment.
I forgot my portal password. What do I do?
Please contact the estate administration office by phone or email and we will reset your account credentials within one business day.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
